I experienced a mixed stay at the hotel. While it was strategically located and reasonably priced, the issues with dampness in the room and inadequate sound insulation were quite disappointing. The breakfast was decent, but there weren't many choices. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep without spending too much, it might be okay, but there are better options out there.
During my stay, I encountered some serious cleanliness issues and inconsistent service, which really put a damper on my experience. The hotel's location is decent, making it easy to explore the bustling area nearby, and the value for money was alright given the price point. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing, and it impacted my overall comfort throughout the stay.
I had a decent stay overall, with some good points and some areas needing improvement. The location is quite good, being a short distance from the MTR and Causeway Bay. The reception staff were helpful, and my room was reasonably sized. Unfortunately, the room we were given initially was a disabled access room, which I found out only after entering. The dining experience was disappointing, as the breakfast offerings were repetitive. The service could definitely use some attention to detail.
